Byron Dow
Byron has a history with MindSpring – he originally partnered with us as a candidate when we placed him in a Business Development position. After moving on a few years later, he decided to keep cultivating client relationships but in the recruiting industry this time instead. We knew it was the right fit immediately. Byron is all about personality which is why his clients enjoy and trust him so much.
Originally from Texas, his love of improv and music brought him to Chicago more than a decade ago. Outside of MindSpring, Byron is still active in the city’s creative arts scene and plays a multitude of instruments including guitar, cello, mandolin, and harmonica.
