Tell us about what you do at MindSpring.

 

As an Account Manager at MindSpring, I’m focused on identifying Chicagoland area businesses that need support finding top talent. I work closely with them to understand their unique needs and then connect them with one of our dedicated recruiters.

 
What do you find most interesting about working with the MindSpring team?

 

The way all of our teams seamlessly work together. Not all companies have the dynamic that MindSpring does, and I’m thankful to be part of it. It’s also interesting being able to work with folks with expertise in all types of industries – administration, HR, IT, accounting and finance, you name it!
 

How does MindSpring support your career and personal goals?

 

MindSpring has enabled me to work in a variety of different business areas. Not only is this great for my professional development but it gives me variety in my day.
 

What’s the #1 quality you feel is important to achieving success in the staffing industry?

 

Our industry is built upon relationships, knowing how to foster meaningful ones is key. Clients know that they can come to me, or anyone on my team, for help and we’ll be there to offer a quick solution.
 

What is a unique trait or something that differentiates you from the rest?

 

My diverse sales experience allows me to comfortably work with client contacts across all industries and levels. Back to my point above, I really enjoy making these connections with our clients.
 

What’s the biggest benefit to partnering with a staffing firm in a job search?
 

At MindSpring, we work with some of the best companies in the Chicagoland area. We will always do what’s best for you.

 

If you could give one piece of advice to a client what would it be?
 
Communication is the most important aspect of the hiring process. Giving quick feedback after interviews will ensure the process moves along and you’re connected with your next team member as soon as possible.

 

What’s your favorite thing to do in Chicago?
 

Explore Chicago with friends and go to different sporting events.
