Spreading Holiday Cheer and Looking Ahead to the New Yearby MindSpring Partners on December 17, 2018 in MindSpring News
Our office is bustling. Everyone is extra perky while working through their report-out decks and treats are miraculously appearing in the break room – it must be Q4. This time of the year is always exciting for our team here at MindSpring as it allows us to set new, game-changing goals for the future while reflecting on all that we’ve accomplished for the year – and wow, what a year it’s been.
We started 2018 off with a bang, unveiling refreshed branding and launching a new and improved website that prioritizes the user experience. With the help of these innovations, our expert teams blazed through the rest of the year – finding the perfect candidate for our clients’ open positions while connecting job-seekers with rewarding opportunities to propel their career.
Additionally, this time of year gives us the opportunity to live up to the spirit of the season by giving back to our local community – a responsibility that we take seriously, as both an organization and as individuals. Around Thanksgiving, we asked our clients to help us decide what Chicagoland area nonprofit we should make a $1000 donation to. After choosing between the Greater Chicago Food Depository, PAWS, the Cara Program, or Alliance for the Great Lakes – our clients’ votes are officially in!
This holiday season, we’re supporting The Greater Chicago Food Depository with their mission of helping Chicago families achieve food security. To learn more about this impactful organization, and perhaps make a donation of your own, check out their incredible programs here.
As we look ahead to the new year, we’re on the edge of our seats. Our team is ready to push past boundaries, break norms, innovate the industry, drive real results for our clients, and become a lasting part of our candidates’ journeys. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.
Whether you’re looking for the perfect candidate or the perfect position – we have you covered. Together, what will we accomplish in 2019?
