MindSpring Celebrates the New Year with New Purpose

2020 was a year of challenge and change. At MindSpring, we had planned to spend the year celebrating our 10th anniversary and reconnecting with clients, candidates, and MindSpring alums. We were looking forward to hosting our Annual Cinco de MindSpring fiesta, continuing to give back to the local community, and growing our team with new talent.
While we still achieved a lot (thanks, Zoom!), 2020 was not the year any of us expected. And yet, we managed to find a few silver linings. With time to reflect on who we are and who we want to be, MindSpring decided to do something big.
Today, we’re excited to announce our new purpose statement…
Discovering Potential. Creating Opportunity.
This new purpose reflects months of conversations with clients, candidates, and the MindSpringers. We shared stories, looked back at how MindSpring has evolved over the last ten years, and set a course for the future that reflects who we have become and will continue to be.
We also used this process to revisit and revise our values to reflect what MindSpring stands for in 2021. As CEO Gavin Meacham shared, “It was enlightening to tap our team and networks to identify those principles that stand at the heart of the MindSpring experience because the same ideals kept rising to the top.”
